Hello! I am glad you are here. One of my biggest passions and joys in life is teaching others about breast-feeding.  My goal is to make every parent feel comfortable, supported and educated through this season of learning to feed their new little one. My love for babies and wanting to help others started when I was a young child. My passion grew into a nursing career over 13 years ago; beginning as a Pediatric RN at Children's Medical Center of Dallas. After I had my first son, I found some aspects of breastfeeding difficult and yet I fell in love with the bond I could have with my baby. I went on to have 3 more boys (yes, I love being a boy mom!) and throughout each of the breastfeeding journeys, my passion to learn and help other mothers grew. I switched from Pediatric nursing to Postpartum/Newborn Care 7 years ago at a local hospital. While working as a Postpartum Nurse, I studied to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I have been an IBCLC for five wonderful years. I feel blessed to come alongside new parents on their infant feeding journeys and help them advocate for themselves, grow in their bond with their babies and work through hard places in order to reach their goals. Outside of work you will find me hanging out with my husband and kids. I married my high school sweetheart and together we moved from New Mexico to Texas after graduating college. We love exploring outdoors, playing sports together as a family, road trips, being part of our church community and enjoying time with friends.
